With the need for careful budgeting in mind, we offer an excellent package for 50 people for the Wedding breakfast and 80 people for the Evening Reception.

Small and Intimate Package

For those small, informal and cosy celebrations for up to 35 guests we have a choice of three suites overlooking the landscaped Gardens or River Great Ouse. The price per person includes the following as shown below, but would incur an additional charge for room hire dependant upon your chosen suite. We could organise fresh flower table arrangements for you, evening disco and other services if required, which would be charged accordingly:

Accommodation Offers

We offer privileged accommodation rates for any of your guests wishing to stay the night. Single rooms are based on one adult. Double or twin rooms are based on two adults sharing. All rates include full English breakfast, service and VAT.

To begin your wedding celebrations the night before, simply ask for details of our private dining rooms. For numbers from 5 to 30 guests, our prices start at £50.00 room hire charge and our daily 3-course table d'hote menu from £19.95.

Private Breakfasts at The Barns Hotel

What better way to say your goodbyes to your family and friends who have shared your special day by booking a private room for a Champagne Breakfast. Our prices start from £50.00 room hire charge, 1/4 bottle of Champagne to share from £11.50 a bottle.
